In the unfortunate event that you may need to cancel your reservation, we would like to draw your attention to our Booking Terms & Conditions. Please accept our apology for all this contractual information but since we have relatively few rooms it is difficult for us to absorb the cost of any cancellation.
Booking Terms & Conditions: May we remind you that your booking is a legally binding contract whether in writing, email or by telephone between yourselves and Tan-y-Foel Country Guest House. A totally non-refundable/non-transferable deposit to the value of a one night B&B reservation or 25% of the total reservation, which ever is the greater is payable upon confirmation of booking.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the due date of arrival or part cancellation we will make every effort to re-let your booking. If the accommodation remains unoccupied we are entitled to retain your deposit the remaining balance for any additional nights cancelled will be charged to your card to compensate for our loss. Rates are non-negotiable upon arrival. For your own protection we strongly recommend you have in place holiday insurance plan.
Method of Payment: We accept Visa, Switch, Maestro or Mastercard. We do not accept payment using corporate or premium cards.
Check-in/out: Rooms are available for check in from 3-30pm - 9.30pm (this being our latest check-in time), check-in outside of these times is not available. Rooms are to be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on day of departure.
Dinner/Sale of Alcohol : Dinner is by mutual arrangement only and cannot be guaranteed. When reserving a stay inclusive of dinner please allow plenty of time for your journey. Your failure to arrive in time for a pre-booked table reservation will result in you incurring charges. We aim to serve dinner at 7.30 p.m. one sitting only. The sale of alcohol and all beverages ceases at 10.30.pm.
