| We would love for our residents to dine with us, the only request we make is that you let us know well in advance should you wish to eat during your stay, we would hate for you to miss the opportunity to experience our excellent award winning cuisine. Reservations are by mutual arrangement only. We aim to serve dinner at 7.30. pm. one sitting which is priced at 50.00 GBP per person. Our daily changing menu will be available in the morning for you to choose from, this allows you to work up an appetite in the knowledge that it has been prepared and cooked especially for you to enjoy at your evening feast. Dinner only is not available. Janet Pitman the chef/proprietor, a member of The Master Chefs of Great Britain and holder of 3 AA Red Rosette award for the past sixteen years - focuses on sourcing the very best of local, and where possible organic ingredients. Working alone in the kitchen she will personally prepare and cook all of the dishes that you will enjoy during your stay. The three course daily changing menu offers a succinct choice of two starter, two main course, two dessert or Welsh cheese. Carefully selected ingredients may include succulent local beef fillet, Conwy Valley lamb, trawler fresh turbot or local wild sea bass. In addition delicious and thoughtfully prepared accompaniments - a feast for the eyes. Vegetarian and vegan options are not available on any of our dinner menus. We provide lounge service for pre-dinner drinks from 7 p.m. along with the sale of wines, from our award winning wine list - AA Notable Wine List Award 2012/13 and Imbibe Wine List of the Year Award 2012. We do not provide any service including the sale of alcohol after at 10.30 pm
