Fine Dining - Award winning cuisine in North Wales
The highlight of your stay will be the opportunity for you to enjoy an exciting and intimate culinary experience personally prepared and freshly cooked for you. Individual dining tables make the perfect showcase for Modern British cuisine, which can only be described as simple, artistically presented and utterly delicious.
The three course daily changing menu offers a succinct choice of two starters, two main course, two dessert or Welsh cheese. For your information we do not offer any vegetarian dishes on our dinner menu. Carefully selected ingredients may include succulent local beef fillet, Conwy Valley lamb, trawler fresh turbot or local wild sea bass. In addition delicious and thoughtfully prepared accompaniments - a feast for the eyes. We do require prior notice on all dinner reservations, we would therefore request you contact us first to confirm dinner is available for the dates you have requested, we are unable to guarantee it otherwise.
Dinner is serve dinner at 7.30. pm. one sitting which is priced at 50.00 GBP per person. For those who have reserved dinner our daily changing menu will be available at breakfast for you to leave us your choice, this allows you to work up an appetite in the knowledge that it has been prepared and cooked especially for you to enjoy at your evening feast.
Janet Pitman the chef/proprietor, holder of 3 AA Red Rosette award for the past seventeen years - focuses on sourcing the very best of local, and where possible organic ingredients. Working alone in the kitchen she will personally prepare and cook all of the dishes that you will enjoy during your stay.
We provide lounge service for pre-dinner drinks from 7 p.m. along with the sale of wines, from our award winning wine list - AA Notable Wine List Award 2012/13 and Imbibe Wine List of the Year Award 2012.
We do not provide any service including the sale of alcohol after at 10.30 pm
