We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract.

A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of 25% of the total booking cost with a minimum of £75.00 per room is payable upon confirmation of booking. Any cancellation or breech of contract is liable to be charged for, unless the accommodation is subsequently re-let. We regret there can be no allowance or reduction for curtailment of holidays.

Insurance forms are sent out to all confirmed bookings.  We advise insurance cover to be taken out at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to alter rates without prior notice. Special Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer. Rates are non-negotiable upon arrival.
